Shipping policy

Australian orders

Australian orders are sent out to customers via our Shippit platform. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping providers. There can be delays during transit from time to time, and THEANIMALS™ cannot be held responsible or accept liability should this occur.

We unfortunately are unable to deliver goods to a PO Box or parcel locker.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am on the same day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible; however, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

International shipping

International orders (including New Zealand) are shipped with DHL Express using a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) service. THEANIMALS™ cannot be held responsible or liable for any duties and taxes that may be incurred by international customs and border control. Any additional importation charges are the sole responsibility and liability of the customer.

Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to THEANIMALS™, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
