Product Care

Our pieces are designed to be lived in, loved, and worn over time. Crafted from considered materials and finished with care, each product will naturally evolve with use—developing character, texture, and patina unique to you. By caring for your pieces thoughtfully, you help preserve their beauty, integrity, and longevity, allowing them to age gracefully and tell their story alongside yours.

JEWELLERY

Handle your jewellery with care. As a rule, apply perfume and makeup before putting on jewellery, as certain chemicals found in cosmetic products may discolour, stain, or damage the piece.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, artificial light, and moisture. Should your piece of jewellery come into contact with water, we recommend drying it carefully with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth.

To preserve the shine on your jewellery, rub it regularly with a soft cloth. Do not clean with water, soap, detergent, or any other chemical product or solution, as these could damage or rust the metal finish or discolour the piece.

Pieces of jewellery may scratch upon contact with one another. We strongly recommend that you store and transport pieces of jewellery individually in the dust bag provided.

Depending on how regularly you wear it and how you care for it, your piece of jewellery will change over time. Appreciate the natural patina that develops. The patina is inherent to the life of the piece. Day after day, it will reveal a new aspect of the piece’s beauty and of its history… and yours.

LEATHER

Leather ages gracefully and changes over time, as it is a natural material. The very best way to care for your product is to use a natural cleaner and conditioner.

To protect from staining and discolouration, use a leather waterproofing product prior to use. A leather protector spray can help you look after your leather, protecting it from the elements and minor accidents such as coffee spills and sudden downpours, while moisturising the leather to help prevent tarnishes and cracks.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, artificial light, and moisture. Should your piece come into contact with water, we recommend drying it carefully with an absorbent, non-pilling white cloth.

To preserve the shine on your hardware, rub it regularly with a soft cloth. Do not clean with water, soap, detergent, or any other chemical product or solution, as these could damage or rust the metal finish or discolour the piece. The hardware is rust-resistant coated.

Depending on how regularly you wear your pieces and how you care for them, your piece will change over time. Appreciate the natural textures that develop and that are inherent to the lifecycle of the piece. Day after day, it will reveal a new aspect of the piece’s beauty and of its history… and yours.
